SETDAY

Privacy policy

Updated 2 October 2026 · For the SETDAY app for iPhone

Your training, food and body data are stored on your phone. SETDAY has no account and no server of its own, so there is nowhere else for them to go.

There is no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.

What stays on your phone

Everything you enter, and everything the app works out from it, stays on the device: your profile and goals, training plan, workouts and sets, food log, body weight, progress photos and reminder settings. We can't see any of it.

If your phone's own backup is on (iCloud or a computer), the app's data is included in it. That backup is yours and runs under Apple's terms.

What leaves your phone, and when

Like any request over the internet, these services see your IP address. Their own privacy policies cover what they receive: Open Food Facts, Apple, RevenueCat, Expo.

Permissions

You can turn any of these off in iOS Settings. The feature that needs it stops; the rest of the app keeps working.

Your control

Settings has an export that writes your log to CSV files you can keep or share. You pick where they go; we never receive them.

Start over in the app deletes your recorded data and progress photos. Deleting SETDAY deletes everything it stored on the phone.

RevenueCat keeps the purchase record for this install so a restore works. To have it removed, email us.

Children

SETDAY is not directed at children under 13. We don't collect personal data from anyone, children included.
